There are many different types of headaches. Although not all headaches are the same, they all share at least one thing in common -- pain.
Here are a few reasons why you maybe experiencing this pain.
Prolonged stress: The most common cause of a headache can be prolonged stress or tension which causes scalp and face muscles to tighten and contract frequently causing pain which eventually leads to headache.
Inadequate sleep: Most of us do not care about our sleeping schedule or do not get adequate sleep. It is actually bad for our health and can cause mild to severe headaches.
Loud noise: If one is exposed to loud or high-pitched noise for a long time, then it might cause severe headaches.
Caffeine: Consuming caffeine in a little amount is okay, but, if used excessively, caffeine can be too stimulating and cause anxiety and sleep problems, ultimately triggering a migraine.
Alcohol: Researchers suggest that alcohol can change the way the body manages stress, leading to a headache.
