500g Eskort Smoked Russians

oil for frying

4 vetkoeks

deep-fried potato chips

125ml (½c) atchar


  • Heat a medium-sized pot of oil over moderate heat.
  • Score the Russians and deep-fry  for 1-2 minutes.
  • Fill the vetkoeks with the potato chips, Russians and atchar.
  • Serve with your favourite sauces.
