500g Eskort Smoked Russians
oil for frying
4 vetkoeks
deep-fried potato chips
125ml (½c) atchar
Method
- Heat a medium-sized pot of oil over moderate heat.
- Score the Russians and deep-fry for 1-2 minutes.
- Fill the vetkoeks with the potato chips, Russians and atchar.
- Serve with your favourite sauces.
