Here’s what you can expect in your part of the country.

Cape Town

While rain was forecast on Thursday, the Cape is expected to be disappointingly dry from Friday to Sunday.

Instead, the beautiful Mother City will be cloudy this weekend with the sun only making an appearance on Sunday – so if you’re in the mood for a picturesque drive along the coast, this is the day to do it.

Capetonians should brace themselves for gloomy weather for much of Friday, Saturday and Monday. Temperatures will range from 21 °C to 24 °C.

Durban will be pretty sunny this weekend with rain hitting the city on Saturday.

On Friday, Sunday, and Monday the city will experience some warm weather with the temperature reaching a high of 28 °C – perfect for hitting the beach. Don’t forget your sunblock!

Just like Durban, Jozi will have pretty warm weather this long weekend with thunderstorms hitting the city on Sunday and Monday.

On Friday and Saturday, the city will reach a high of 28 °C, although it’ll be cloudy.

The city of stars will be enjoying some sunny weather this weekend with the temperature reaching a high of 29 °C on Friday.

On Sunday and Monday, the scenic city will experience partly cloudy conditions.

If you’re making your way to Nelspruit this weekend then you’ll be greeted by sunny skies. Some rain will be hitting the city on Sunday but temperatures will still reach a high of 28 °C.

The city will reach the high of 30 °C on Friday and Monday.

If you’re lucky enough to be visiting the Kruger National Park, bring a cap and sunscreen along on your game drive.
