Prego Steak & Roasted Butternut Wrap


Smoky roasted butternut and bean mash intensifies the flavour of this satisfying prego steak wrap.


1 packet Eskort Prego Steaks

250ml (1c) canned butter beans, drained

250ml (1c) butternut, roasted

1 red pepper, charred

zest of 1 lemon

60ml (¼c) feta cheese

1 handful baby spinach


  • Fry the prego steaks in a pan over medium heat and slice into strips.
  • In a bowl, mash the beans, butternut, charred pepper, lemon zest and feta.
  • On a wrap, add baby spinach, then mash and finish off with the prego steak strips.
  • Wrap tightly and pack into a lunchbox for work.
