I’m overweight but I know what my problem is – I eat when I get stressed or sad.

It’s very difficult to deal with because when I eat a lot I feel bad about myself and then I eat more.

I’ve talked to people about this and am trying to eat better food and do more exercise but I always seem to slip back into the same old pattern of eating.
