Dear Aus Nthabi,

I saw a TV advert offering a hospital plan and I joined two years ago. A few months ago, I was admitted to hospital for a double ankle fracture. 

I called this company and they sent me the forms that had to be filled in by my doctor. They also asked for relevant documentation from the hospital, which I submitted to them.
