How many stories have you heard about families fighting over who gets a property, the furniture or – heaven forbid – who gets to raise the children after someone has died?

Unfortunately, they are all too common – especially since the vast majority of South Africans do not have the one legal document that could sort all this stuff out – a will.

Luckily, it’s National Wills Week and during this time you can have your will drafted free of charge by participating attorneys who belong to the Law Society of South Africa. Click for more details here.
