After Generations on SABC 1, we all used to look forward to the drama on Zone 14.
From the ridiculous yet oddly wise conversations Spinach and Popeye would have to the war between the Sibiyas and the Molois, it kept fans glued to their TVs. The show was more than a series about an aspirational soccer team but about family, township life and the conflict that often comes with complicated relationships.
The television drama series, which was produced by Angus Gibson for The Bomb Shelter, started in 2005 and ended in 2011. Although it had a short stint compared to other series on SABC 1, it introduced us to characters and actors we will never forget.
We compiled a list of what the most popular characters of Zone14 are doing now.
