For the next 12 weeks, he's going to be working on his body. 

He is joining the hundreds of men who have come forward and shared pictures of their ‘Dad bodies’ after international actor Will Smith shared his and vowed to bounce back in a 12-week fitness challenge.

Actor Tumisho Masha shared a picture of his body with a heart-warming message detailing the challenges that his body has faced and how it has carried him gracefully over the years.

“This body has carried me through my whole life. I’ve beaten it, drugged it, drowned it in alcohol, smoked it for 20 yrs and buried it under tons of empty calories. But it’s still here and it’s still carrying me. It’s not in the best shape it’s ever been but I’m so grateful to it for what it’s had to put up with and still keep fighting like a soldier,” he posted.

“From today I choose to honour it with better nutrition, more rest and healthy exercise. I’m taking up the #12weekchallenge with @willsmith and transforming it into a masterpiece inside and out.”

Will Smith’s 12-week challenge has been trending since he first posted about not being in shape. Now some men globally have accepted the challenge and applauded him for being brave in sharing an imperfect picture of himself.

"This is the body that carried me through an entire pandemic and countless days grazing thru the pantry. I love this body, but I wanna FEEL better. No more midnight muffins…this is it! Imma get in the BEST SHAPE OF MY LIFE!!!!! Teaming up with @YouTube to get my health & wellness back on track," Will shared.
