She has never held back from addressing sensitive issues about love, family, HIV, and abuse. In 2016, she published her book, You Are Never Alone where she wrote about her traumatic experience with abuse.

The activist, author, businesswoman, radio personality and mom recently celebrated turning 52 years and 22 years as a radio broadcaster. 

In all her achievements and success, Criselda Kananda has learned a few life lessons which have made her a better person – and divorce has been one of them, she says.
