While fans are still holding on to hope that they will resolve their issues, the Wests are still going ahead with their divorce "amicably", according to the Daily Mail.

According to Geo News, SKIMS mogul Kim Kardashian has agreed to pay R293 million to her estranged husband for their Hidden Hills estate.

TMZ reported that Kanye West signed over his rights to the property and the transfer has taken place.

Kim (40) filed for divorce from the 44-year-old rapper in February this year. Together they have four children who reportedly live with Kim.

Despite their 'irreconcilable differences', the two continue to support each other's business endeavors.

Kim was at Kanye's listening party for his recent album Donda and fans assumed they were working towards a reconciliation. But the power couple is divorcing after seven years of marriage.

Kanye bought the mansion in 2014 for R293 million, and they have completely rebuilt it over the years.
