This makes her the only woman under 40 on this year's list of self-made female billionaires in the US and her native Barbados' first billionaire.
She has a net worth of $1.4bn (R23,018,240bn) that she accumulated through her work as the co-owner of Fenty Beauty and holder of a 30% stake in her Savage x Fenty lingerie line.
The singer ranks at no 21 on the list of America's self-made women and no 1 729 on the list of the world's wealthiest people.

Also on the list of billionaires on Forbes’ list is 41-year-old Kim Kardashian, who has a net worth of $1.8 billion ( R29,594,880 bn) Kardashian and her sister Kylie Jenner – who, at the age of 24, is the youngest non-billionaire on the list, with a net worth of $600 million (9,864,960 bn). They have also found success in entertainment, retail and their makeup lines.
