Thapelo Mokoena empowers aspiring stars

Award winning actor, filmmaker and producer Thapelo Mokoena, is introducing a series of talks that will empower future stars by guiding their thinking and approach to the entertainment industry.

The actor who just turned 35 years assembled a crew of award winning thespians to help some of Johannesburg’s budding, aspiring and student actors’ bag that sought after first acting or presenting gig.

Thapelo gives more insight about the talks. “The most impactful talk from industry professionals all in an aim to guide you and empower you so you can audition better and stand a better chance at booking that gig.”

The crew includes, international award-winning actress, Terry Pheto; SAFTA award winning actor Warren Masemola; notable TV and radio personality Siyabonga Ngwekazi, casting Agent Belinda Kruger, and casting Director Bonnie Lee Bouman - who will empower future stars by guiding their thinking and approach to the entertainment industry.

The talks which are aimed at equipping budding, aspiring and student actors with the right technical know-how, on getting that first acting or presenting booking will take place in Johannesburg on the 28th of October 2017.

 “What are the do's & don’ts, how to bring the right attitude & preparation so you can,” adds Thapelo.
