The Former Miss Teen SA, Zizo Tshwete has always been vocal about having body issues, and how she tried to get the cover girl look until she realised that it was taking her mental space. The beauty had a child in 2016, and she put on some weight during that period.

Fast forward now in 2018, Zizo has lost a lot of weight and she looks as young as ever. The young mother says even though she has gone through a transformation, she still believes that beauty comes in all shapes and sizes. The star says her looks have never changed her inner being, and she encourages other women to see themselves beyond their looks.

“We need to start speaking more about who we are as people rather than what we look like. My positive traits as a person haven’t changed regardless of whatever size I was at any particular time,” she shares.

The star also touched on the social media pressures, and how people create unrealistic expectations on social media. The star highlighted on the energy that people put on filtering and altering their pictures to get the unreal look, saying people put too much pressure on themselves.
