Preheat the oven to 200 °C.
1 Dust a baking sheet with flour. Tip all the ingredients, into a bowl. Knead the dough on a lightly-floured surface until elastic. Put in a covered bowl for about 40 minutes or until it doubles in size.
2 Punch the dough down and divide it into 12 equal portions. Roll three of them into oval shapes, covering the remaining dough with a clean tea towel. Dust the tops lightly with flour and put them on the baking sheet.
