Line the bottom and sides of a 19cm springform cake tin with baking paper.
1. Strawberry sauce Put the strawberries, sugar and water in a medium pan. Bring to a simmer, stirring often, and cook until the berries are softened and the liquid has evaporated. Pour into a bowl, cover and chill until needed.
2. Ice-cream cake Whisk the ice cream and cream cheese together in a large bowl.
