Preheat the oven to 170°C.

1 Barbecue sauce Mix the ingredients together.

2 Meat Lightly season the meat. Place the pork in a roasting pan, pour the sauce over, add some of the water to the pan and cover tightly with foil. Cook for about 1½ hours until the meat is very soft. Top up with water as needed when the meat becomes dry.
