- 45ml - honey
- 250ml - milk or almond milk
- 15ml - peanut butter
- - pinch of salt
- 250ml - hot water
- 250ml - oats
- 2,5ml - chia seeds
- - fresh strawberries or other fruit, halved or diced (optional)
Keep two medium or four small jars handy.
1 In a mixing bowl, mix the oats, chia seeds(if using) and hot water.
2 Stir in the peanut butter,honey and salt.
Add the milk, stir and divide between the jars.
3 To store, seal the jars well and leave overnight or for up to three days in the fridge.
4 To serve Stir well, spoon into bowls if necessary and top with fruit(if using).
