The former Muvhango actress, who usually posts funny videos on her social

media accounts, recently went down memory lane in an effort to encourage

women who have had similar experiences with insecurities about how they look.

“Growing up ugly is real,” she said in the beginning of the video.

“Like, seriously, I grew up with people calling me Mrs Man, now here I am... cute,

just look at me – stunning,” she continued.

The mother-of-two added that when she hit puberty she began to realise that she

was beautiful and that her self-esteem grew.

“Sometimes you have update your self esteem ladies,” she told her followers.

“If you grew up ugly, just let your self-esteem know, that we made it boo.”
