Nompilo is in dire need of a lung transplant – 'Cassper’s support makes me feel loved'

At her age, she should be living her best life. She should be making plans for the future while going out and painting the town red with friends. 

But she can't. Nompilo Dlamini is too sick to even think about what the future holds and needs help to make sure she does have one. 

She is only 26 and battling for her life due to a life-threatening condition, cystic fibrosis.
