Out of a dark time in South Africa, a few heroes have emerged. 

There's the woman who started a Facebook page to help rebuild SA, which had thousands of volunteers within hours. Construction crews, cleaning services and donations have been flowing through the page since. 

There are the people on the ground, including celebrities, who are busy cleaning up the various malls in KwaZulu-Natal and Gauteng so that life could get back to normal.
