With gyms closed due to the Covid-19 pandemic and the winter season making us all lethargic, getting motivated to work out is proving to be quite hard. But luckily for this woman, her four-year-old daughter is all the motivation she needs.
In a series of Instagram videos which went viral, a little girl can be heard shouting out words of encouragement as her mother does a few workouts. “You can do it! Keep up the good work and don't ever stop! Never, ever stop running," a bike-riding Kynsley encourages as her mom runs alongside her.
In a separate clip, the toddler cheers: "You got this, you got this, Mommy!"
In the caption, mom KP Pound explains how she told her daughter about her struggle to work out. “So, a few weeks ago I explained to my four-year-old how hard it is for me to workout sometimes. She offered to be my trainer so she could motivate me,” she wrote.
Speaking to BET, KP said her daughter plays a big role in ensuring she stays fit.
“My daughter plays a huge role in helping me achieve my fitness goals. While working out, her words are so empowering to me because I know that she is watching and I don't want her to see me quit," she told the publication.
