Picture the scene – a small child at an adult party with music blaring.

An adult woman sitting next to the child and dressed in similar clothing – jeans, white t-shirt and pink hat – is holding a beer in one hand and the mouthpiece of a hookah in the other.

As she sways in her seat clearly enjoying the party, she takes a puff and blows the smoke directly into the child’s face. She then hands the pipe over to the little one, who puts it in her mouth before taking a sip from a bottle of beer she’s been given by the same woman.
