Her body was found by a neighbour, decomposing and floating on the riverbanks of the Henley River, Meyerton Gauteng.

Specialists including scuba divers and the South African Police Services spent five days combing through every corner of the river, to no avail. And then a neighbour found her.  

The family of Zethembe Sandakahle Shezi (12) is battling to come to terms with the death of their daughter who slipped and fell into the river and was washed away, following heavy Johannesburg rains.
