Getting a Phd, publishing academic books, being appointed as head of department. It sometimes takes academics years to accomplish even one of these.

And he's done them all. Dr Bhaso Ndzendze is the youngest head of department at the University of Johannesburg at just 25. 

He heads the politics and international relations department at the university, where he is a senior lecturer.
