Cape Town - Fin24 has been flooded with suggestions from users offering their ideas for Pravin Gordhan's 2017 Budget Speech. Not surprisingly, tax is top of mind for many.

"Increase the VAT," offers Lizette Hugo on behalf of Dr DF Rodseth Inc.
