Businessman Andile Ngcaba is hauling his former employer, Dimension Data, to court, seeking R440 million in damages. He is alleging that, over 12 years, the company paid him less than his white counterparts and juniors.

Ngcaba was the technology company’s executive chairperson between 2004 and 2017, but his relationship with them soured in 2016 when he found out about the alleged pay gap during a board meeting.
