SAA was the first SOE to go into business rescue.

When SAA went into business rescue at the beginning of December 2019, it was the first state-owned entity (SOE) to make use of this tool provided in the Companies Act.

About 16 months later, the rescue process has still not been finalised.

Was it worth it?
