Redefine Properties is expanding its exposure in the "resilient" logistics sector as its Polish joint venture is adding more properties under its belt and has secured bulks of land for future development.

The property group which also has properties in industrial areas such as Kempton Park and Atlantis in South Africa has been growing its offshore logistics portfolio since it acquired European Logistics Investments (ELI) in 2018. The Poland-focused ELI now has eight assets which include industrial parks around airports, hubs for the automotive sector and regional distribution centres.
