accreditation

Eskom has said Stage 4 load shedding will be implemented on Thursday, due to shortage of capacity.

The power utility will shift load shedding to Stage 2 from 23:00 on Wednesday up until 09:00 on Thursday morning.

Thereafter Stage 4 will be implemented from 09:00 to 23:00.

Stage 4 load shedding allows for up to 4000 MW to be cut from the national grid. Eskom has said at Stage 4, 80% of electricity demand is still being met.
