Durban - Summer Park Umhlanga, the newest residential offering within the Umhlanga Ridge town centre, offers a range of studio, one and two-bedroom apartments - priced from R950 000.

Summer Park Umhlanga will start its online residential sales launch on the 25 November 2017.

Buyers will, therefore, be able to select and purchase a unit online - on a first-come-first-served basis.

With over 1 500 registrations for Summer Park Umhlanga in only three weeks, the online launch is expected to allow the sales process to be seamless, effortless, convenient and quick.

“Around 68% of buyers within Umhlanga Ridge Town Centre purchase homes between the price of R800 000 to R1.5m. In terms of market demand, this places Summer Park Umhlanga in a prime position in the property market,” says Stefan Botha, director of Rainmaker Marketing.

The Umhlanga Ridge Town Centre is a mixed-use node, bringing residential, commercial, retail, medical, education and leisure elements together.

King Shaka International Airport is about 10 minutes away, the Gateway shopping centre is within walking distance and La Lucia and Durban North are just five minutes away.
