Mirror Trading International – a Stellenbosch company that bragged of using "sophisticated" trading software to earn passive income for the "little man in the street" – is set to face a liquidation application in the Western Cape High Court in Cape Town on Tuesday.
The application, one of two before the courts, is being brought by a Cape Town firm of attorneys on behalf of an MTI client who has allegedly been unable to withdraw funds. The attorneys have also asked all creditors to contact them to lodge claims against MTI.
