'Please Call Me' inventor Nkosana Makate says his case is only the "tip of the iceberg" in corporate South Africa, and that it highlights just how important clear contractual agreements are.

A recent judgment in his long battle with Vodacom saw the High Court ruling that Makate was entitled to 5% of the voice revenue generated from the service over two decades.
