Momentum Investments says there will be few unavoidable casualties among South Africa landlords as the cocktail of reduced rentals because of Covid-19 and capital scarcity will paint many debt-laden players into a corner.

However, the investment house which also has a sister company specialising in property – the Eris Property Group – said the listed property sector will however rebound from this.
