Over the past 61 years, RCL Foods, the company that started off as a poultry producer, cemented itself as one of South Africa's biggest food producers.

Today, the group's COO Paul Cruickshank says it is working on separating the diverse portfolio it has built up. He says this is something it has to go through to enable it to create value for its shareholders.
