The Johannesburg Stock Exchange (JSE) lost 25 listings in 2021. A year earlier, 20 companies left the exchange, and in 2019 there were 24 delistings. 

Now, two months into 2022, the JSE is facing a possible loss of one of the significant companies on the exchange, the PSG Group.

The Mouton family-founded group said it no longer finds value in remaining listed because of the significant discount at which investment holding companies like it trade.
