CEO of records and information specialist Metrofile, Pfungwa Serima, says faster vaccine rollout is the key for any overseas company entering Africa.

Metrofile's own acquisition by a US company is on hold, but Serima believes it's not off the table.

In 2019, Metrofile announced that it had been approached by Housatonic Partners, a US private equity firm. Housatonic was keen on acquiring 100% of Metrofile but the deal was put on hold due to Covid-19 lockdowns.
