The former CEO of state asset manager the Public Investment Corporation, Dan Matjila, wants the Pretoria High Court to review and set aside the Mpati Commission's report which found him to be a law unto himself who subverted the corporation's board and governance structures.
Matjila, who resigned from his position as CEO in November 2018, says the report has caused him and his family great suffering and harassment.
He filed the review application last week, according to his lawyer, Brett Murison, the director of Boqwana Burns Attorneys.
