South Africa will see "many more episodes" like the July riots if social structures in the country don't change significantly, Business Leadership South Africa CEO Busi Mavuso has said.

Too many people in SA are seeing symbols of wealth and aspects of a life they do not have a stake in, but business has a role in changing that, Mavuso believes.

Mavuso on Tuesday delivered a keynote address on responsible business, at the Deloitte Africa Risk Conference for 2021.
