EU investors back empowerment policies, but balk at the costs

Although European Union (EU) investors are supportive of South Africa's economic transformation objectives, the costs of complying with Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment (B-BBEE) policy is making them question the return on investment from their ventures, a study has found.
