Last week, challenger stock exchange A2X Markets bagged another big listing: Adrian Gore's Discovery Group. The exchange, which only does secondary listings of companies already listed on the JSE, now has 69 securities listed in it. Discovery was the 17th Top 40 index company to join.

Discovery was also the 15th company to list on A2X since the beginning of this year. Last year, the exchange bagged 20 listings, including some exchange-traded funds (ETFs), a significant jump from nine listings a year earlier.
