There are signs worldwide that monetary policy is starting to normalise, says Isaah Mhlanga.

The April central bankers' meetings to decide on monetary policy will be in the spotlight this week, particularly the US Federal Reserve (Fed) which is announcing its policy interest rates decision on Wednesday, along with a host of other low-key emerging and developing markets central banks in Botswana, Egypt, Colombia and Bulgaria, among others.
