The average adult spends 9.3 hours sitting down driving to work, behind a desk or on the couch – and it’s slowly killing us. So, how can you reduce your daily sitting time when you’re not able to move around all day?

  • Gently stretch when you get out of bed.
  • Do a couple of sun salutations (look it up online).
  • Ditch the car for public transport as often as you can.
  • Use the stairs instead of the elevator.

  • Skip the e-mail and walk over to your colleague.
