What are the risks (percentage wise) of contracting HIV as the women by just giving a man a blow job and allowing him to cum in your mouth but not swallowing? i really dont think this man has HIV at all but one can never be sure that is the problem, the women has made sure she did not have any cuts in her mouth/gums before she did it and his penis looked healthy on the outside. No other sexual contact occured but this woman is paranoid that she might of gotten something HIV or other although she is perfectly fine 1 month later?IS there REALLY a big risk here esp for HIV? i mean there was no blood exchange?

Instead of being overwhelmed with anxiety, as you clearly are, take yourself by the hand and go get HIV counselling and a blood test. If one does not know the status of the man or of yourself, there is always a risk.. more so for other STI's other than HIV. your specific situation is a low risk one ,as you describe it. Be aware that a man's pre cum carries as much HI virus as semen he ejaculates so this is not a safe way to have protective sex.
And by the way being fine a month later is no indication of being HIV/STI free. The problem with HIV and many STI's is that one can be symptom free for years.
Please go for that counsellign and test. And then go get educated about HIV/STI and safer sex.
