back pain
I have an excruciating pain on the top left of my back. it has bothered me for years. however, the last 3days has been a nightmare. it has now caused me to have stiffness on my neck and affects my left arm movement. it is a continuous pain and seems to be intruged by coldness as well.

i tried massaging but it seems to get worse. please help

Going to sound funny but you need to stretch your right hip which is causing the imbalance nad giving pain in the left shoulder.
