Cluster Headaches
Hi Doc,
Husband is a cluster headache sufferer, the neurosurgeon has given him the following medication to try to make my husband's headaches easier. He is taking Convulex (300g) and has been given Imigran (20mg).
Please tell me what you think of the above and what the pro's/con's are. The next medication that he will then be given to try is Lithium?
Thanks Doc!

These are reasoable choices. I usually start with Vasomil and Cortisone as these two have the least side-effects and tend to work the best.
