How to treat neuropathy of the lower limbs in a patient with the above? Patient is 80 years old.

The neuropathy is caused by the damage to the nerves by diabetes - You can give her vit B complex to feed the nerve, Vit B6 helps to increase bloodflow to the legs and hands and pain medication. Her diabetes must also be controlled
