Most cases of LP resolves in one to three years. One cannot predict which case will resolve. The treatment you received is 100% correct. Hopefully you applied the Dovate twice a day for the entire period. The cream must be rubbed in thoroughly. The Epizone and loratidine has no direct therapeutic effect, but may alleviate symptoms. If topical treatment does not work light treatment indicated. There is no form of medication that can cure LP in a short period of time. Keep in mind that some oral medications may cause lesions rembling LP. Ask your skin specialist about them.
