Hi!
Adding to Sello's good reply, make sure that you also get enough proteins (eggs, dairy and some meet).
Treat any little infections you may develop promptly to minimize stress on your immune system. Eating garlic also helps to boost the immune system. A glass of water with a pinch of kayen pepper also raises your metabolism and body temperature, thus helping to fight infections.
Also, make sure that all food you eat is clean and hygenic, again to give the immune system as much of a break as possible.
Keep strong!
