Dear Doc

Years ago my cousing had an accident in the playground (she fell and cut her cheek) and it left her with a dimple. Could I have dimples if I wanted them? I know this is cosmetic so lets ignore the vanity issues but will it be expensive and what are the costs generally?

Yes, there are techniques to create dimples, but the results are usually not permanent. It depends on where you would like the dimples. Discuss it with your plastic surgeon.
